Biography
Judith Corvin-Blackburn, LCSW, DMin is an award-winning author, nationally known teacher, transpersonal psychotherapist & Shamanic Minister, who has been inspiring people to step into self-sovereignty, joy and purpose for over 45 years. She is also co-founder of the Shamanic Multidimensional Mystery School.
Underlying all her work is her passion and commitment to help transform our planet into the loving, peaceful and creative place it is meant to be.
Judith has authored three books: ACTIVATING YOUR 5D FREQUENCY: A Guidebook for the Journey Into the Higher Dimensions, EMPOWERING THE SPIRIT: A Process to Activate Your Soul’s Potential and JOURNEY TO WHOLENESS: A Guide to Inner Healing. She is a contributing author to the book SHAMANIC BREATHWORK: The Nature of Change. She offers spiritual development classes and workshops online and around the country.
Her work, whether teaching, writing or counseling is generated from her strong connection to Higher Guidance and from the wisdom she has gained through her life experiences, spiritual development and personal healing process.
She credits much of her professional expertise and spiritual growth to lessons learned raising three children, being a partner in a loving, long-term marriage, being a daughter in a challenging family situation, and empowering the spirits of numerous people while guiding them to wholeness and well-being.
Judith moved to the Isis Cove Community in the mountains of Western North Carolina in 2010 where she continues to offer personal sessions and intensives, write, and develop and offer workshops based on our multi-dimensional potential.
Judith’s Psycho-Spiritual Approach
Transpersonal Psychotherapy is a therapeutic process that recognizes true emotional and mental health arises from being able to honor and therefore actualize our soul’s potential. In her counseling, Judith uses the best of traditional psychodynamic techniques, imagistic healing methods, and intuitive awareness to help clients heal their soul’s core issues. This occurs through identifying what is blocking our soul’s full expression, and by using a variety of ways to release the emotions and transform the inaccurate self-beliefs attached to these blocks.
Empowerment of the Spirit is a key factor in this process. Clients learn to access their own wisdom and guidance and connect to deeper levels of faith and inner trust while taking this exciting journey to reclaim who they have come here to be.Once we have healed as individuals, we find all our relationships transform to reflect this new growth.
Our souls have returned to the Earth at this time to heal our old wounds, often replicated in the wounds of our childhood, and to create a loving and harmonious world on our planet.
This approach permeates all of Judith’s writings and teachings as well.
