SPRINGING INTO ANOTHER OCTAVE OF OURSELVES

Spring has arrived.  The jonquils and daffodils are in bloom.  The leaves are preparing to burst forth with their greenery.  The birds are singing and chirping and calling to each other all day long.

Yet for many of us, our focus has been more on this global earthquake we are all experiencing.  Nature may still be behaving with her lovely seasonal predictability, but we humans find ourselves in uncharted territory that could create profound change.  Not only do we have a life-threatening pandemic, a crashing economy, hard hit working families and small businesses, we are also facing closures that have never before existed in my 74 years on the planet, as well as shortages on grocery shelves, and quarantines which soon may not be voluntary.

What does this mean for us emotionally and spiritually?  No matter how evolved we are, it is still likely we will experience fear. It is a natural human response to entering into an unknown that appears to hold many dangers.  For me, fear became activated when I thought about struggling to breathe.  While I don’t believe that I will get the virus or if I do that it will be serious, I still could feel the fear in my body. That fear has quieted because I’ve worked with it, but I’m aware of others I’ve been carrying which show up as physical sensation.

These other fears for me are connected to this next octave of my work:  My book Activating Your 5D Frequency will be released on May 5th, and that holds a set of various fear-based old beliefs that I won’t bore you or myself with here.  But again, it has compelled me to work with fear in a whole new way.

And that new way is about learning to dance with it. We want to allow any and all fears to come into consciousness because that helps it lose its power, and simultaneously we want to breathe through it so we don’t find ourselves driven by it in any way.   We are being given an amazing opportunity to step into this time of global change with compassion, authenticity and hopefully a renewed hope in humanity.  Mastering fear is going to be an important part of this.

We all know to breathe deeply.  To be grateful.  To be creative.  To meditate and do yoga.  To get out in nature.  This all helps the dance.  But also remember to be gentle with yourself.  Feeling fear is not a negative judgement on your evolution!  You are learning new steps here.  Scream if you need to.  Stomp if that helps.  Hug a pillow.  And send love always to yourself and all others as you pray for the well-being of all.

The old world is dying to make room for a new one to be birthed.  This is an inside job not just an outside one.  Not only is the old world driven by out-dated and inhumane beliefs, but we have been programmed to hold these within our psyche.  Beliefs like “it’s a dog eat dog world,” beliefs that we can’t count on others, beliefs that we are undeserving, or suffering is just part of life. And most important of all, beliefs that we are the victims of circumstance, powerless to create new ways of living.

We know better in our hearts. We know that we are powerful beings who can activate deeper parts of ourselves to face these new challenges that will ultimately heal our planet.  We know we are all interconnected, that all of our well-being is interconnected.   We know we have the power to create a healthy world through being loving and kind and generous no matter what.

It is simply time to open our hearts, learn these new dance steps, activate our courage and inner resources and step into who we are really meant to be.

Though schedules are in flux right now, I have listed my currently scheduled book talks, signings and events below.

I send you all love.  I see you all at your most empowered stepping fully into self-sovereignty.  I am grateful you are all here on the planet with me at this time.
